The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE) began its supplementary examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 students on July 3, 2026 . These exams offer a second chance for students to improve their scores.
Class 12 supplementary exams will conclude on July 16, 2026 . Class 10 supplementary exams will run until July 10, 2026 . Class 11 students will take their supplementary exam on a single day.
All students must bring their admit cards to the examination centers. They should arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.
Exam Schedule and Timing
Exams for Class 10 and Class 12 students are scheduled from 8:45 AM to 12:00 PM . This includes a 15-minute reading period for the question paper.
The Class 11 supplementary exam will be held in the afternoon. It is scheduled from 12:45 PM to 4:00 PM , with a 15-minute paper review time.

Exam Day Guidelines
Students must write the question paper series on the answer book's title page. This should be done in capital letters.
Question papers and answer books will be distributed 15 minutes before the exam. This allows students to check the pages and fill in their details.
Prohibited items include calculators, smartwatches, pagers, and cell phones. Electronic gadgets are not permitted inside the exam hall.
