The Himachal Pradesh School Education Board (HPSEB) has officially announced the timetable for the State Open School (HP SOS) examinations for the 2025 session. The schedule covers students enrolled in Classes 8, 10, and 12, and is now available for download on the board’s official website — hpbose.org.
HP Board Exam 2026 Schedule and Duration
According to the released date sheet, the HP SOS exams for all three classes will commence on September 25, 2025.
- Classes 8 and 10: Exams will run from September 25 to October 8, 2025.
- Class 12: Exams will continue till October 15, 2025.
Timings and Exam Pattern
The Board has fixed a uniform timing for all exams: 9:45 am to 1:00 pm. Students will be handed the question paper along with the OMR sheet at 9:45 am, and a reading window of 15 minutes will be given before the official writing time begins at 10:00 am sharp.
