Haryana UG Admissions 2026: Final Merit List Released

The Department of Higher Education (DHE), Haryana released the final merit list for undergraduate admissions on July 22, 2026. The list is available on the official admissions portal, admissions.highereduhry.ac.in. This follows the provisional merit list released on July 21.

Students can check their allocated college and course details. The merit list ranks students based on their qualification marks and a reservation policy. To access the list, students need to visit the website and enter their registration number.

How to Download the Final Merit List

Visit the official DHE Haryana admissions website: admissions.highereduhry.ac.in. Navigate to the "Know Your Result" section. Enter your registration number and select "Final Merit list" as the list type. The merit list will display on the screen. Download and save a copy for your records.

Next Steps for Admitted Students

Students whose names appear on the final merit list must accept their seats. The seat acceptance fee payment window is from July 23 to July 27, 2026 . Failure to pay the fee within this period may result in the forfeiture of the allocated seat.

Second Phase Admissions

Students not included in the first merit list can anticipate the release of the second phase merit list. This list is scheduled for release on July 28, 2026 . Further details regarding the second phase will be provided on the official website.

Counselling for Remaining Seats

A physical counselling process will be conducted for any remaining vacant seats. This process begins on August 4, 2026 . The online admission portal will reopen for registration and application edits on August 5, 2026 . Counselling with a late fee of Rs. 100/- will continue from August 6 to August 12, 2026 . Additional late fees may apply from August 13 to August 19, 2026.

Once seats are accepted and fees are paid, students can begin attending classes. Specific start dates for classes will be communicated by the respective colleges.
