The Haryana NEET 2026 online counselling registration for the first round begins today, August 13, 2026. The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, is managing admissions for 85% of State Quota MBBS and BDS seats. This includes seats in government, government-aided, and private medical and dental colleges across Haryana.
Interested students can apply through the official website, uhsrugcounselling.com. Applications are open until August 22, 2026. Candidates must have qualified for the NEET UG 2026 exam.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet specific age and academic requirements. The minimum age is 17 years by December 31, 2026. Students need to have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English.
For government and government-aided college seats, candidates must hold a valid Haryana Bonafide resident domicile certificate. Students who are not Haryana domiciles can still apply for management quota seats in private medical and dental colleges.
Registration Process
Candidates must register on the official portal. The process involves entering NEET UG roll and application numbers. Personal, contact, domicile, and educational details are required.
Applicants must upload scanned documents. These include Class 10 and 12 marksheets, the NEET UG 2026 scorecard, a domicile certificate, and a category certificate if applicable. A recent passport-sized photograph is also necessary.
A non-refundable application fee must be paid online. The fee is Rs 2,500 for General/Unreserved category applicants. Haryana SC/BC/EWS category applicants will pay Rs 1,250.
Counselling Schedule
The registration and document upload period runs from August 13 to August 22, 2026. Registration fee payment also occurs within these dates.
The State Merit List will be declared by mid-August 2026. Choice filling and locking will take place from mid to late August 2026. The provisional seat allotment result is expected in late August 2026.
Physical document verification and admission formalities are scheduled from August 22 to August 28, 2026.
