GUJCET 2026 Registration Deadline Extended to January 16

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced another extension for the application deadline of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026. This is good news for many students across Gujarat who are planning to join engineering or pharmacy courses but could not apply earlier.

Students who missed the previous deadlines can now complete their registration for GUJCET 2026 untilJanuary 16, 2026. It is important to note that applications submitted during this extended period will require a late fee. The late fee is set atINR 1,000. This amount must be paid in addition to the original application fee ofINR 350. Therefore, the total fee for late registration will beINR 1,350.

This extension marks the second time the GSEB has moved the application closing date for GUJCET 2026. The initial deadline for applications wasDecember 30, 2025. This was first extended toJanuary 6, 2026. Now, students have been given a final chance to apply, with the new deadline beingJanuary 16, 2026.

What is the GUJCET Exam?

  • Step 4:Proceed to pay the application fee. Remember, during this extension period, the fee isINR 350(original fee) plus a late fee ofINR 1,000. So, be ready to pay a total ofINR 1,350.
  • Step 5:Carefully fill in all the required details in the application form. This includes your personal information, educational qualifications, and contact details. Make sure all information is accurate to avoid problems later.
