GUJCET 2026 Applications Close Jan 16 with Late Fee

The application window for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2026 will close on January 16, 2026 . Students who wish to apply for this important entrance exam must do so by this final deadline. A late fee will apply to all applications submitted now.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) conducts the GUJCET exam. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website: gujcet.gseb.org .

This is the last chance for students to apply for GUJCET 2026. The board has clearly stated that no further extensions will be given after the January 16 deadline.

GUJCET 2026 Application Fee for Late Registration

Students applying now will need to pay an increased fee due to late registration. The total fee includes a standard registration charge and an additional late fee. Here is a breakdown of the payment:

How to Apply for GUJCET 2026

Students who still need to apply for GUJCET 2026 should follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the official website: gujcet.gseb.org or gseb.org .
  • Register on the website to create a new login ID and password.
  • Pay the GUJCET application fee. You can pay online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking through the SBI ePay system.
  • Alternatively, you can choose the "SBI Branch Payment" option to pay the fee offline at designated SBI bank branches.
  • After successful fee payment, fill out the detailed application form. This includes entering your personal details and uploading scanned copies of required documents.

Important Dates for GUJCET 2026

After the application window closes, the GSEB plans to open a correction window. This window will allow students to make small edits to their submitted application forms. This correction facility is expected to be available in January 2026 .

The GUJCET 2026 exam is scheduled for March 29, 2026 . The exam will be held offline, using a pen-and-paper (OMR) format. Admit cards, which are needed to appear for the exam, are likely to be released in the second week of March 2026 .
