Exam Pattern and Pass Rate Clarification

The syllabus aligns with the competency-based undergraduate MBBS curriculum. The government confirmed that video-based questions were introduced with prior notice. This format was part of the official demo test released before the exam. The demo aimed to familiarize candidates with the exam interface. The reported pass percentage for FMGE June 2026 was 12.78 percent . This corrects a previous figure of 12.40 percent. Over 35 percent of first-time candidates passed the exam.
