Seventy-five Indian students have been selected for fully funded Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree scholarships for the 2026-2028 academic years. This award strengthens educational ties between India and Europe.

The Erasmus Mundus scholarship is competitive. It covers tuition, travel, and living expenses for Master's programs at European universities. Indian students continue to lead in securing these scholarships. India has been the top country for these awards since 2004. It ranks among the top three countries globally for the 2026 intake.
Study Destinations
Selected students will study in fifteen European countries. These include France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Austria, Greece, Romania, and Lithuania. The scholarships facilitate study at diverse European institutions.

EU-India Student Ambassadors' Network
The European Union launched the EU-India Student Ambassadors' Network. This initiative aims to boost academic and cultural exchange. Ambassadorial Roles
