Delhi University (DU) has received over 65,000 registrations for undergraduate programs in the 2026-27 academic year. This figure comes from Phase 1 of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). The application period is for students who took the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) and wish to enroll in DU.
DU UG Admissions: Key Details
Admission to DU programs depends on CUET UG scores. Candidates must also meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen courses. Online registration for CSAS is mandatory. Applicants use their CUET registration number. DU will automatically import candidate data through API Setu integration.
Phase 2 Process
Following the closure of Phase 1 registration, Phase 2 will commence. In this stage, students will select their preferred courses and colleges. The official DU website will soon announce the schedule for Phase 2.
Registration Fees
The registration fee varies by category. Unreserved, OBC-NCL, and EWS candidates pay Rs 250. Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories pay Rs 100. This fee is non-refundable.

PG Admissions Schedule
DU has also released the schedule for postgraduate (PG) admissions under CSAS-PG 2026. A correction window will be open from July 2, 2026, to July 4, 2026 . The third seat allocation list is expected on July 6, 2026 . Candidates can accept their allocated seats from July 6 to July 9, 2026 . The deadline for fee payment is July 11, 2026 .
