Withdrawal and Refund Process
Students must submit their withdrawal request through the dedicated admission portal. The deadline for all applications is the last day of admissions, August 31, 2026. The refund covers the full admission fee, excluding any applicable withdrawal, processing, or registration fees. This policy is effective for admissions taken in any DU college, institution, faculty, department, center, or through the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB) and School of Open Learning (SOL).

Refund Rules and Re-admission
Students withdrawing during a semester are subject to specific re-admission rules. Upon re-entry into a program, they must pay fees according to the prevailing fee structure for the semester they rejoin.
