The draw took place on April 6, 2026, at 10 AM . Selected candidates will receive notifications via SMS on their registered mobile numbers. The official results are available for checking on two websites: ewsadmissions.delhi.gov.in and edudel.nic.in .
Key Dates and Verification Process
Parents and guardians must complete the document verification process for allotted seats between April 9 and April 22, 2026 . The DoE has formed 29 zonal teams to manage the application scrutiny.
Required documents include proof of date of birth, income certificates (for DG), and disability certificates (for CWSN). Allotted schools must finalize admissions by May 20, 2026 .
Grievance Redressal and Final Opportunity
A grievance redressal mechanism is in place for applicants. Any discrepancies or document deficiencies will result in a deficiency memo. Applicants have until May 2, 2026 , to correct these issues.
A final opportunity for document verification will be provided for those who miss the initial reporting window. This period is scheduled from April 23 to April 28, 2026 .
