What is CUET PG?

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for postgraduate courses is a national exam for students who wish to pursue higher studies. It helps students get into various Master's degree programs across a wide range of universities. Instead of taking many different entrance exams for different universities, students can take one CUET PG exam. This saves time and effort.

The exam allows universities to select students based on a common test. This makes the admission process fair and easy for students from all parts of India. Students aiming for M.A., M.Sc., and other postgraduate diplomas often need to pass this exam to secure a seat in their desired university. Jamia Millia Islamia is a well-known university that accepts CUET PG scores for many of its courses, offering diverse study options for students.

Application Correction Window

After the application deadline, the NTA will open a correction window. This is a chance for students to fix any errors they might have made while filling out their application forms. The correction window will be open from January 23, 2026 , to January 25, 2026 , until 11:50 PM. It is very important to use this period to correct any wrong information, as incorrect details can sometimes lead to problems during admissions.

Students should check their forms carefully during this time. Make sure your name, date of birth, educational details, and chosen courses are correct. Once the correction window closes, no further changes will be allowed. Staying updated with the official NTA website for any further announcements is always a good practice.
