The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has today opened the Round 4 choice-filling window for COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling, from 03 PM onwards. Round 4 is the final stage of the counselling process and as such, provides candidates the best chance to secure a seat, whether that is their first opportunity of being allocated a seat, or wishing to upgrade their current seat allocation from a previous counselling round.
Candidates are required to log in to the online portal at comedk.org using their application sequence number or user ID and password, and carefully fill in and save their choices. Candidates are advised to ensure their preferences are saved as there is no auto-save option for choices made on the portal. The window for choice filling is open for candidates until 10 AM on September 4. After this time, candidates can not make any changes to their choices for Round 4.
Once candidates have filled in their choices and saved those, the seat allotment for Round 4 will be published by COMEDK on September 5, with timelines for reporting to the allotted college, and fee payment advised soon afterward. Refer to the following to know more details.
COMEDK UGET Round 4 Counselling Process
- Log in to the COMEDK official website with your Application Number/User Id and Password.
- Open the choice-filling portal for Round Four.
- Select and arrange college/course in your order of preference ( you can shift colleges up or down).
- Make sure you save your choices each time.
- You will have to review very carefully - once the deadline has passed no more changes are allowed.
- Then wait for the seat allotment results (released on the date scheduled).
- When it is declared you must choose to either take the seat, upgrade or surrender.
- Make any applicable payment online.
- Download your allotment letter from the portal.
- Report to the allotted college, within the timeline, with all the documents.
COMEDK UGET Choice Filling Instructions
- Go to the official COMEDK portal and go to the Candidate Login page.
- Log in using your Application Sequence Number/User ID and Password.
- Click on the Choice Filling / Editing link.
- Choose/Arrange colleges/courses in your preferred order (can be moved up or down to shift priorities).
- Fill in as many options as possible to improve your chances.
- Make sure you manually save your choices each time (the system does not auto-save).
- Be very careful reviewing your final list before submitting.
- Ensure that you have completed this process before the deadline - 10 AM, September 4, 2025.
