The choice-filling window for the COMEDK examination counselling process will close tomorrow, 20th July 2025 at 4pm. The window for the choice-filling process opened up on 18th July 2025 at 4pm. It is recommended for all students aiming to participate in the seat allotment process to finish filling up the choice-filling form as soon as possible to avoid any hassle.

While not mandatory, it is recommended for all students to participate in the COMEDK mock round of seat allotment. The mock round can help students get an understanding of how the seat allotment process and software works. The mock round for COMEDK also assists students in managing and developing realistic expectations of what seats they will get from the COMEDK counselling process.

The choice-filling process is as follows:

1. Website:First, students must visit the official COMEDK website atwww.comedk.org.
2. Enter Credentials:Students will then be required to enter the relevant credentials on the website to access the portal. These credentials include a student’s application number and password.
3. Find the Tab:Students should then find the ‘choice-filling’ tab on the COMEDK website.
4. Selection:Students will then be able to select the colleges and courses of their choice for the seat allotment process. Students must choose their colleges on the basis of their overall preferences and goals. It is important that choices are made in order of preference.
5. Choice Locking: After filling in the choices, it is important students lock and save their choices as well. While this is not mandatory during the mock-rounds, it is very important that students lock their choices during the actual COMEDK choice-filling process.
