The application deadline for the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 has been extended. Students now have more time to apply for this important management entrance exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the new dates due to many requests from students. This extension aims to allow more students to participate in the exam.
Eligible students can now register and submit their forms until November 24, 2025 . Earlier, the last date to apply was November 17, 2025 . This gives students an extra week to complete their applications.
Before starting the application, students should create a valid email ID. This email ID will be used for all important communication during the application process and admission later. Students can also make changes to their submitted forms between November 26 and November 28, 2025 .

How to Apply for CMAT 2026
Students can follow these simple steps to complete their CMAT 2026 application process online:
- Go to the official website: cmat.nta.nic.in .
- Look for the 'Candidate Activity' section on the homepage.
- Click on the option that says 'Registration for CMAT 2026'.
- A new page will open. Find and click on the 'New Registration' link.
- Read all the important guidelines carefully.
- After reading, click on the checkbox to agree to the rules and then click to proceed.
- Register by filling in your basic details. This includes your name, date of birth, and contact information.
- After successful registration, you will receive an application number. This number will be sent to your registered email ID. Keep this number safe for future use.
- Create a strong password for your account. Remember this password for logging in later.
- Log in to the portal using your application number and the password you just created.
- Fill out the detailed application form. Provide all necessary information like your educational background, personal details, and other required data.
- Upload your recent photograph and other required documents. Make sure these files meet the specific size and format mentioned in the guidelines.
- Next, pay the application fee. You can use any online payment method such as a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
- Review all the information you have entered in the form one last time. Check for any errors or mistakes.
- Once you are sure everything is correct, submit the final application form.
- It is a good idea to download and print a copy of your submitted application form for your own records.

- For Reserved category candidates (including female candidates): Rs 1,500
