The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) released Class 10 and Class 12 results on April 29, 2026 . The results were made public at 2:30 PM. Approximately 5.66 lakh students across the state can now access their academic performance.
State Education Minister Gajendra Yadav approved the results. A total of 2.45 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 exams. Another 3.21 lakh students took the Class 10 examinations.
Students can check their results on the official CGBSE websites. The portals are cgbse.nic.in and results.cg.nic.in . The links were activated following a press conference at the board's Raipur headquarters.
How to Check Results
To view results, students must visit the official websites. They need to enter their Roll Number. A security captcha must also be completed. The online scorecard details include passing status, practical marks, and subject-wise scores.
A minimum of 33% is required to pass. This applies to both theoretical and practical components of the exams. The online result serves as a provisional marksheet.
Official certificates will be distributed through schools in the coming weeks. Students can use the provisional marksheets for immediate enrollment purposes.
Alternative Result Access
The board offers additional methods for accessing results. Students can check their scores via SMS. The DigiLocker platform also provides access to the results. These options ensure wider accessibility, especially during peak server loads.
