CCMT 2026 Special Round 1 Counselling Schedule
Candidates can register and fill choices from July 14 . The registration and fee payment window closes on July 18 at 5:30 PM . Applicants must resolve any registration or fee issues by July 20 at 5:30 PM . This is also the deadline to lock choices.
The list of vacant seats will be published on the CCMT portal on July 13 . The Special Round 1 seat allotment results will be declared on July 22 .

Eligibility for Special Round 1 Counselling
Candidates who did not apply during the regular CCMT counselling rounds are eligible. Those who participated but did not receive a seat can also apply. Students who had an allotted seat but cancelled or withdrew it are eligible. This includes candidates whose seat was cancelled due to document verification issues.
Additionally, students who previously surrendered a seat to seek a better option can participate. The special round offers a final chance for admission to remaining seats at participating institutes.
