Sanyam Bhardwaj, CBSE Controller of Examinations, confirmed the evaluation process is running smoothly. He stated the system is performing better than previous years. Reports of issues with the new OSM system were called "far away from facts" by Bhardwaj.
The board expressed pride in the full-scale rollout of the OSM system this year. Bhardwaj directly refuted media reports alleging technical problems. He declared all claims of malfunction as false.
