The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched post-result facilities for Class 10 students. These services allow students to access scanned copies of their evaluated answer books, verify marks, and request re-evaluation.
Post-Result Facilities Now Open
These facilities are available for students who took the Main Board Examinations (February 17 - March 11, 2026) and the Second Board/Improvement Examinations (May 15 - June 1, 2026). The results for the main exam were released on April 15, 2026, followed by the second exam results on July 18, 2026.
For Main Board Examination Students
Students who appeared only for the Main Board Examination can apply for a scanned copy of their evaluated answer book. This is the first step for further processes.
After obtaining the scanned copy, students can apply for verification of marks. They can also apply for re-evaluation of one or more specific questions within that answer book.
For Students in Both Main and Second Examinations
Students who took exams in both the Main and Second Board Examinations have specific guidelines. For subjects taken only in the Main Examination, the same process as above applies.
For subjects taken in both examinations, students can apply for scanned copies of their answer books from either the Main or the Second examination, or both. However, verification and re-evaluation are restricted.
Students can choose only one answer book per subject for verification and re-evaluation. This choice applies to either the Main Examination answer book or the Second Examination answer book. Once a selection is made, the other answer book cannot be used for these services.
Application Schedule and Fees
The application window for obtaining scanned copies of evaluated answer books is from August 5 to August 9, 2026 . The fee is Rs. 300 per subject .
Applications for both verification of marks and re-evaluation can be submitted from August 16 to August 19, 2026 .
