The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 10 Mathematics exam was conducted recently. Students are sharing their initial reactions to the paper's difficulty. This year's exam is for students retaking the test to improve their scores. Approximately 6.6 lakh students registered for these supplementary exams.
Student Reactions
Some students found the second board mathematics paper easier than the main exam held in February. One student, Apeksha, who took the Standard paper, reported feeling better prepared. She stated the difficulty level was similar to previous exams. Another student, however, described the paper as tougher. This student expressed relief that only the better score would be considered.
Teacher and Expert Analysis
Teachers have begun reviewing the question paper. Initial feedback suggests the difficulty levels were balanced. Some educators noted that the Basic Mathematics paper appeared easier this time. This could be a response to previous criticism. Experts are currently developing the answer key.
