The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is preparing for the 2026 Class 10 and 12 results. Payments for approximately 3 lakh evaluators are being released. Marks for West Asia schools are being uploaded.
Data Verification Underway for Payments
CBSE has instructed Centre Superintendents and School principals to review submitted data on the OECMS portal. This step addresses past inconsistencies in school reporting. Errors in staff numbers or student assignments led to incorrect payments via the Integrated Payment System (IPS).
The IPS processes final payments to examination centres. It automatically retrieves data from OECMS. Schools must now verify key figures. This includes the number of officials assigned. Candidate attendance, both present and absent, is also checked. The total number of examination rooms used in the 2026 session requires verification.
Deadlines for Data Correction
Schools finding errors or missing data must contact their Regional Office. The deadline for initiating corrections is April 11, 2026 . All data changes must be finalized with regional authorities. This ensures data accuracy.
The entire correction process must conclude by April 13, 2026 . CBSE will not accept further modification requests after this date. The IPS payment process begins after board exams conclude. This verification period is the final chance for centres to confirm accurate compensation.
West Asia Schools Begin Marks Upload
Schools in West Asia are uploading marks under a special assessment scheme. This process began on April 8, 2026 .
