The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has released a list of recognized institutions offering the Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program. This list includes government and private colleges. These institutions are recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Institutions Invited to Verify Data
BSEB is asking principals and heads of these institutes to check the published information. They must verify its accuracy.
Objections Accepted Until July 15
Institutes can submit objections if they find errors. The deadline for objections is July 15, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Only emailed objections will be considered. Postal submissions will not be accepted.
The board will only entertain objections sent to the email address: coevividhbseb@gmail.com .
How to Submit Objections
Institutes should follow these steps to raise an objection:
- Visit the official BSEB website.
- Locate and review the D.El.Ed. approved institute list.
- Carefully examine the data for their specific institute.
- Draft a formal objection letter detailing all identified errors.
- Send the objection letter as an email to coevividhbseb@gmail.com .
- Attach any supporting documents to the email.
All submissions must be made before the July 15, 2026, 5:00 P.M. deadline. Late submissions will not be processed.
Purpose of the List
The BSEB D.El.Ed. institute list is for authorized programs. It aims to ensure accurate data for all affiliated teacher training institutions.
