Candidates receiving a seat offer in Iteration 3 must pay the seat acceptance fee by July 18, 2026 . Following payment, students are required to report to their assigned BITS campus. Document verification and further admission formalities will occur at the campus.

Seat Allotment Options
After the Iteration 3 results, students have three choices: Freeze, Float, or Withdraw. The 'Freeze' option confirms acceptance of the offered seat and requires fee payment. 'Float' keeps the seat open for consideration in subsequent iterations for a potentially better branch or campus. Candidates can 'Withdraw' if they are dissatisfied with the allotment. The withdrawal deadline is July 20, 2026 .
