BITS Pilani has announced important dates for students from other countries who want to join its engineering programs in 2026. This process is called **International Student Admission (ISA) 2026**. Students applying through ISA will be selected based on their **Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) scores**.

Registration for ISA 2026 will begin around **December 1, 2025**. Interested students can apply online until **April 6, 2026**. The official website for applications is **bitsadmission.com**. This is a great chance for students with foreign passports to study at the famous Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) campuses.

The application period is long, allowing students enough time to prepare and submit their documents. There are also specific dates for making corrections to the application form and for submitting SAT scores. Later, BITS Pilani will announce several rounds (called 'iterations') for admitting students.

  • You must be a citizen of a country other than India.
  • You must have passed your **12th class exam** (or an equivalent exam) from a recognized board.
  • You need to be good at English.
  • You must have studied **Physics** and **Mathematics/Biology** as compulsory subjects.
  • You also need to have studied **Chemistry/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subjects**.

  • You must also have at least **60% marks individually** in each of these subjects.
  • You need a minimum score of **1160 out of 1600** in the **SAT exam**. This score includes your Reading, Writing, and Mathematics tests.
  • You should have taken the SAT exam on or after **February 1, 2023**.

How to Apply for BITS ISA 2026

If you have not received your SAT scores or 12th class marks yet, you can still fill out the application form. You will be able to update your scores or grades later. The final date to update these scores through CollegeBoard is **April 15, 2025** (Note: This date seems to be a typo in the original article and likely refers to April 15, 2026, matching other 2026 dates).

Admission decisions will be made based on your submitted SAT scores and 12th class academic performance. International students can apply for admission to the three BITS campuses located in **Pilani**, **Goa**, and **Hyderabad**.
