The department received strict directives. Action must be taken against over 3,000 government teachers. These teachers secured appointments using fraudulent qualifications. The investigation was ordered by former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Legal Proceedings and Recovery Initiated
First Information Reports (FIRs) are filed. These teachers are now designated as accused. Strict disciplinary action will follow their dismissal. The government maintains a zero-tolerance policy on corruption.
