Bihar CM Launches 551 Model Schools, Plans Dinkar University

Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary launched 551 model schools across the state on Wednesday . The initiative, named Saraswati Vidya Niketan, aims to provide value-based and technology-driven education. The government is upgrading public schools to match private institutions.

New Model Schools Unveiled

The 551 model schools will serve approximately four lakh students. The project involves an investment of nearly Rs 990 crore. These schools will enhance education in both urban and rural areas of Bihar.

Educational Upgrades and Technology

Students will access 'Bihar School Live Classes'. This platform offers online study with qualified teachers. Selected schools are receiving digital studios and smart classrooms. Advanced labs will support competitive exam preparation, including JEE and NEET.

Dinkar University Planned

Chief Minister Choudhary also announced plans for Begusarai. A university will be established there. It will be located at the birthplace of poet Ramdhari Singh 'Dinkar'. The university aims to promote higher education and his literary heritage.

Government Commitment to Education

Education Minister Mithlesh Tiwary stated the government's dedication. Quality education will reach remote areas. Student learning outcomes have shown improvement. The initiative reflects a commitment to educational reforms statewide.
