Important Instructions for Registration
Accuracy is crucial. Students and schools must verify all details before submission. This includes names, parent names, dates of birth, and subject choices.
Correct passport-size color photographs and signatures are mandatory. Errors in these can affect marksheets and official records.
The registration form requires two copies. One copy stays with the school. The second copy, signed and stamped by the principal, is given to the student as a receipt.
A signed declaration form from the student and parent/guardian is required. This form must also have the school principal's signature and seal. This verifies the accuracy of the submitted information.
