Bihar BEd Counselling 2025: Key Dates

Who Can Apply?

Steps for Admission
1. Choose Your Colleges
From August 23 to August 25, 2025 , students must log in to the counselling portal. Here, they can select up to two colleges where they wish to study. If you had not registered before, you can register during these dates by paying the required fee and then choose your preferred colleges.
2. Check Allotted College
On August 27, 2025 , the counselling portal will show which college or department has been given to each student. Students must check this list carefully to see where they have been admitted.
3. Pay Fees and Verify Documents
After getting an allotment, students must pay a partial admission fee of ₹3000 . This fee is non-refundable. This payment must be done online between August 28 and September 1, 2025 . Along with paying the fee, students must also visit their allotted college or a designated centre to get their documents checked and complete the admission process.
4. Second Round of Allotment (if needed)
If some seats are still empty after the first round of admissions, a new list of allotted colleges will be shown on September 2, 2025 . This gives more students a chance to get admission.
5. Final Admission Steps for Second Round
Students who get a college in the second list must complete their admission between September 3, 4, 8, and 9, 2025 . They will need to pay the non-refundable ₹3000 part admission fee, get their documents verified, and finish the admission at the centre assigned to them.

Across Bihar, there are about 35,000 BEd seats available in roughly 270 colleges . Students have a good chance of getting into a college. The college a student gets depends on their CET rank and the choices they fill during the counselling process.
