PGEAC 2026 Second Round Counselling
Candidates who qualified for the Post Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (PGEAC) 2026 and submitted applications are eligible for this round. The official notice, Adv. No. BCECEB(PGEAC)-2026/07 dated August 7, 2026, is available on the BCECEB website. Successful participation requires candidates to attend counselling as per the released schedule. Document verification is a mandatory step before seat allotment.
Seat allocation will be based on candidate merit and rank. This process aims to fill any vacancies from the initial counselling phase.
Required Documents for Verification
Candidates must bring original certificates for verification on their scheduled counselling date. Required documents include:
- GATE Score Card (if applicable)
- PGEAC-2026 Rank Card for 2nd counselling
- Matriculation/Equivalent Examination Certificates, Mark Sheets, and Admit Cards
- Intermediate Science/Equivalent Examination Certificates, Mark Sheets, and Admit Cards
- BE/B.Tech. Certificates and Mark Sheets for all years/semesters
- CGPA to Percentage Conversion Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate for Residence of Bihar (duly issued by concerned C.O., countersigned by DM/SDO)
- Caste Certificate (duly issued by Concerned C.O.)
- Physically Disabled Certificate (if applicable)
- NPR Card (if applicable)
- CLC/TC and Migration Certificate
- Any other documents specified in the PGEAC-2026 prospectus
- Six passport-sized photographs (uploaded during online application)
- Aadhar Card copy
- Downloaded Online Application Form Confirmation Page
- Two copies of the Verification Slip and one copy of the Biometric Form (downloaded)
