The registration for Assam NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 1 has restarted. Students who passed the NEET PG 2025 exam and want to study MD or MS courses in Assam can now apply. The registration started on November 19, 2025 . Candidates must complete their registration by November 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM .
This counselling process is for 50% of the State Quota seats in medical colleges across Assam. The earlier registration process, which began on November 6, 2025, was stopped. This was because the choice filling dates for the All India Quota NEET PG 2025 Counselling were extended. Now, a new and updated schedule has been released for the Assam State Quota seats.

How to Register for Assam NEET PG Counselling 2025
Students must follow these steps to register for the Assam NEET PG 2025 Counselling:
- Visit the official Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam website. You can also go directly to the registration link: https://formsrec.in/DMEA_PG_MDMS_DIP_ASSAM_2025/
- Look for the 'New Registration' button or link and click on it.
- Read all the instructions carefully before moving forward. Then, click on 'Next'.
- Fill in all the required details in the online form. Make sure all information is correct.
- Upload any necessary documents as asked. These might include your NEET PG scorecard, educational certificates, and identity proof.
- Create a strong password for your account. Remember this password for future logins.
- Click on the agreement checkbox to confirm you understand and agree to the terms.
Once you finish the initial registration, you will need to log in to your account. After logging in, you can complete other parts of the counselling process, such as choice filling and locking.
