About AP LAWCET 2026
The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) is held once a year. Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati, conducts this exam for APSCHE. The test is online and lasts for 90 minutes, from 9 AM to 10:30 AM.
Courses Offered through AP LAWCET:
- 5-year integrated LLB courses (like BA LLB, BCom LLB, BSc LLB, BBA LLB, BLS LLB, BTech LLB)
- 3-year LLB courses
Eligibility Criteria for Law Courses
Students must meet certain conditions to apply for these law exams:
For AP LAWCET (3-year and 5-year LLB):
- Students must have passed their 10+2 (Intermediate) exam.
- They need at least 45% marks in their qualifying exam.
- Students who are currently appearing for their final qualifying exam can also apply.
For AP PGLCET (LLM):
- Students must have a graduation degree.
- They need at least 50% marks in their graduation degree.
- Students who are currently appearing for their final qualifying exam can also apply.
Students from outside Andhra Pradesh can also apply if they meet these eligibility rules.
How to Apply for AP LAWCET/PGLCET 2026
The application process is online. Follow these steps to fill out the form:
- Visit the official APSCHE website: cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
- Find and click on the link for AP LAWCET/PGLCET 2026 registration.
- Fill in your details based on the eligibility rules and pay the application fee. The fee amount depends on your category.
- After paying, check your payment status. You will need your qualifying exam hall ticket number and mobile number for this.
- Fill out the full application form with all required details.
- Submit the form.
- Print a copy of the submitted application form. Keep a few copies for future use, especially for admission and counselling. You do not need to send the form by post.
