Phase 1 Counselling Schedule
The AP ICET 2026 Phase 1 counselling includes several key dates. Registration concluded on August 31, 2026. Certificate verification runs until September 1, 2026. Web options entry started August 27 and ends September 2. Candidates can modify or freeze choices on September 3. Seat allotment for Phase 1 will be released on September 7, 2026, after 6 PM. Those allotted seats must then complete self-joining and report to colleges from September 8 to September 11, 2026.

How to Submit Web Options
Candidates must visit the official website, cap.apcfss.in . They will log in using their candidate credentials. After confirming eligibility and certificate verification status, they click the 'Web Options' link. A list of available colleges and MBA/MCA courses will appear. Candidates select their preferred options and arrange them by priority. A thorough review of selected choices is advised before saving and submitting the web options.
Required Documents for Counselling
Supporting documents are necessary for counselling. These include the AP ICET 2026 Hall Ticket and Rank Card. Academic records such as SSC marks memo, Intermediate/Diploma marks memo, and degree consolidated marks memo are required. A degree provisional or degree certificate is also needed. Study certificates, income certificate (if applicable), caste/category certificate, and residence or domicile documents may also be required. Additional certificates may be necessary based on specific categories.
Next Steps After Web Options
APSCHE will process all submitted web options after the closing deadline. The Phase 1 seat allotment results will be announced on September 7, 2026 . Candidates who receive a seat must confirm their admission through self-joining. Physical reporting to the allotted college is mandatory between September 8 and September 11, 2026.
