The Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 results have been officially postponed by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The new release date will be announced after the results for Intermediate betterment and advanced supplementary exams are declared.
Results Delayed to Ensure Accuracy
The postponement is due to the ongoing Intermediate advanced supplementary exams. Nearly 1.5 lakh second-year students are currently taking these exams, with approximately 1 lakh students re-appearing for the Mathematics exam to improve their marks. These Intermediate marks contribute 25% to the final AP EAPCET rank calculation.
Announcing the AP EAPCET results before the supplementary exam results could cause significant shifts in student rankings. This change would impact all 3.5 lakh AP EAPCET aspirants. The APSCHE aims to maintain fairness and accuracy in the ranking process.
Revised Timeline
The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) supplementary exams conclude on June 5, 2026 . School Education Secretary Kona Sasidhar has directed officials to expedite the evaluation process, aiming for completion within 13 days on a fast-track basis.
Students can now expect the AP EAPCET 2026 results around June 17 or June 18, 2026 . This is a shift from the earlier expected result date of June 1, 2026.
Next Steps
Once the BIEAP supplementary results are released, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada will incorporate the normalized scores. Final AP EAPCET rank cards will be prepared and are expected within 24 to 48 hours after the supplementary marks are announced. The final result release is now projected closer to June 21, 2026 .
