Counselling Steps Explained
The AP EAMCET BiPC Final Phase Counselling has five main steps. Students must follow each step carefully:

Registration and Fee Payment

After filling the form, you must pay the processing fee. The fee is INR 1,200 for OC and BC candidates. For SC and ST candidates, the fee is INR 600 . You can pay this fee using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Make sure to download and print the fee receipt after payment for your records.
Online Certificate Verification
After registering and paying the fee, new candidates must upload scanned copies of their documents. This is for online certificate verification. The dates for uploading documents are from November 3, 2025 , to November 5, 2025 .
If you already participated in earlier rounds of AP EAMCET BiPC 2025 counselling, you do not need to upload documents again. This is only if your certificates were already checked and verified by the authorities.
