The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is accepting applications for its Industry Fellowship Programme (IFP) 2026. The program offers regular faculty members a monthly stipend of ₹1 lakh.
AICTE Industry Fellowship Programme
The AICTE IFP 2026 aims to connect academic institutions with industry. Faculty members will spend one year working full-time in companies. This experience will allow them to work with current technologies and commercial projects. They will then bring this knowledge back to the classroom.
Stipend and Benefits
Selected faculty will receive a ₹1 lakh monthly stipend. This amount is in addition to their regular salary and benefits from their parent institute. The program is partially funded by AICTE and major Indian companies like Volvo and Hero MotoCorp.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be regular faculty members. They must be under 50 years of age. A minimum of five years of teaching experience is required.
