The Bar Council of India (BCI) opened online registrations today, August 19, 2026 , for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXII. Law graduates can apply on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com, until October 27, 2026 .
The AIBE XXII is scheduled for November 28, 2026 . Successful candidates will receive a Certificate of Practice, allowing them to practice law in India.
The BCI recently announced results for AIBE XXI. That exam took place on June 7, 2026, with a 65.92% pass rate.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a 3-year or 5-year integrated LLB degree from a recognized institution. Applicants must also be enrolled with a State Bar Council and hold a valid enrollment number.
Final-year and final-semester law students are eligible. They must have no pending backlogs from previous semesters.
