Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with international customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting our range of Auto Parts and Home Security Appliances. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international clients and generate sales opportunities.
- Promote and sell Auto Parts and Home Security Appliances to overseas customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
