About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Connect with parents and introduce them to our exciting programs
2. Conduct demo and diagnostic sessions for kids and their parents
3. Drive enrollments for our online courses in robotics, AI, IoT, and more, making sure to achieve the sales targets
4. Follow up with families and ensure timely payment collections, including instalments
5. Build trust, maintain consistent follow-ups, and close sales with empathy and professionalism
6. Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure a smooth and delightful customer experience
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. 6 months to 2 years of sales or customer engagement experience (EdTech is a plus)
3. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
4. A motivated, target-driven attitude with a heart for education
5. Freshers with excellent confidence and communication are welcome
