About the Job
Key Responsibilities:1. Understand sales and marketing end-to-end from identifying the right audience to closing the deal not just one half of the job.
2. Build the outbound pipeline from scratch: research and identify the right potential clients to target, don't wait for leads to arrive.
3. Craft personalised outreach messages (LinkedIn, email, Instagram) that get replies, not ignored quality of message over generic templates.
4. Run consistent daily outreach with both quality and quantity one-off attempts don't build a pipeline, daily volume does.
5. Follow up relentlessly most deals close on the 3rd or 4th touch, not the first message, so persistence matters more than the opening line.
6. Qualify leads properly before booking calls protect the founder's time by only passing forward real, ready prospects.
7. Book qualified demos on the calendar and follow through to reduce no-shows and last-minute drop-offs.
8. Track every interaction in the CRM/tracker what's measured is what improves; guesswork doesn't scale a pipeline.
9. Think like a marketer and a salesperson together messaging, targeting, and closing are one connected pipeline, not two separate jobs.
10. Take full ownership of the process build it, run it daily, and keep improving it based on real results, not just execute tasks handed down.
