2. Utilize English proficiency to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Assist in resume screening and candidate evaluation to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
4. Collaborate with the Talent Management team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
5. Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our recruitment database.
6. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
7. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
