Key Responsibilities:1. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition by building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews seamlessly, and preparing well-structured, professional offer letters.
2. Manage the complete candidate lifecycle with consistency and attention to detail from initial screening to final selection ensuring a smooth and structured hiring process.
3. Collect and synthesize interview feedback efficiently, transforming insights into clear, actionable recommendations to support timely and confident hiring decisions.
4. Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience by guiding new hires through documentation, orientation, and integration with clarity and care.
5. Oversee offboarding processes with professionalism and discretion, ensuring respectful, well-organized exit formalities and smooth transitions.
6. Contribute actively to campus recruitment initiatives, driving structured processes and ensuring a positive and impactful experience for prospective and incoming talent.
