• Handle and resolve a high volume of customer support tickets efficiently
• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional and timely manner
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions/escalations when required
• Maintain proper follow-up on open tickets to ensure timely closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and updates
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback for process improvements
• Handle customer complaints professionally while maintaining service quality
