About the Job
What you’ll actually be doing:Resolve employee queries through calls, emails, and ticketing systems
Support HR processes across onboarding, payroll, leave & attendance, exits, HR policies, etc.
Work closely with HRMS platforms and operational tools
Manage and maintain clean, accurate employee/process data
Build and manage reports, trackers, dashboards, and MIS
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements/automation opportunities
Help maintain SOPs, process documents, and internal knowledge systems
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to improve delivery experience
Contribute towards improving SLAs, process efficiency, CSAT, and overall employee/client delight

Skills we care about:
Must Have
Good communication skills and fluency in English & Hindi
Strong comfort with MS Excel and operational data
Basic understanding of HR processes/operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong ownership and learning mindset
Big Plus
Prior HR Ops / Helpdesk/ ER
Experience with reporting, dashboards, or process tracking
Comfort working with SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
Exposure to HR tech tools/platforms
