About the Job
Key responsibilities:1. Manage the recruitment process, searching the resumes screening, shortlisting the candidates.
2. Interview the candidates, scrutinizing their background & then finalizing them with proper documentation work.
3. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
4. Develop and execute recruiting plans.
5. Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
6. Prepare the second round of leaders for each department.
7. Prepare the training manual with regard to the HR policy, business line.
8. Train the new entrants with proper orientation & get the training done in the respective departments.
9. Evaluate their performances & motivate them to perform well in their respective profiles.
10. Coordinate with all the departments & ensure good synergy is maintained amongst all to develop a coordinated environment in the office.
11. Manage the office administration & maintenance of the database & files.
