About the Job
Key responsibilities:1.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to understand travel requirements and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
2.Sell domestic holiday packages including Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Spiti Valley, Meghalaya, Rajasthan, Kerala, Northeast India, and other destinations.
3.Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets for travel package bookings and revenue.
Follow up consistently with new leads, warm leads, and existing prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
4.Understand customer requirements, budget, travel dates, group size, and preferences to recommend the most suitable travel package.
Prepare and share customized travel itineraries, quotations, and package details with customers.
5.Negotiate effectively with customers while maintaining company pricing and profitability.
6.Convert enquiries into bookings by using strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
7.Maintain regular follow-ups until the customer makes a final booking decision.
Update lead status, customer conversations, follow-up schedules, and booking details in the company's CRM or sales system.
8.Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
9.Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
10.Handle customer queries related to packages, hotels, transportation, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedules, and cancellation policies.
