About the Job
WHR.AI helps businesses discover where opportunities exist in the real world - events, conferences, trade shows, companies, and people.We're looking for someone curious, driven, and comfortable using technology to solve problems.
What you'll do:
- Find and research potential customers
- Build and improve AI-driven workflows for prospecting and outreach
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Run product demos and customer discussions
- Understand customer problems and identify where WHR can help
- Work with product and data teams to answer customer requirements
- Create content, presentations, videos, and other materials when needed
- Identify new customer segments and use cases for our data
- Follow up consistently and help convert opportunities into customers
- Experiment, learn, and find smarter ways to generate growth
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of experience in any role that required customer interfacing
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Curious and willing to ask questions
- Comfortable working with data and technology
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Excited by challenges and learning new things quickly
Bonus Points
- Engineering, computer science, or technical background
- Experience with AI tools, automation, or no-code workflows
- Experience speaking with customers or running demos
- Experience creating content, videos, or growth experiments
