About the Internship
At AI Signal, we’re building India’s next-gen AI-powered podcast and video brand — a space where cinematic storytelling meets viral short-form content. Responsibilities
1. Edit long-form podcast episodes and solo monologues into cinematic, high-retention videos.
2. Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, X clips) derived from longer edits.
3. Enhance videos with zooms, subtitles, music, cutaways, b-roll, and motion effects for emotional impact.
4. Use editing tools of your choice — AI-powered tools (Descript, Runway, Pictory, CapCut AI, etc.) preferred.
5. Sync audio, visuals, and voice with smooth transitions and brand consistency.
6. Collaborate with the founder and content team for feedback and creative direction.
7. Repurpose and post optimized versions across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Requirements
1. Solid editing skills with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Desktop, DaVinci Resolve — or any equivalent tool.
2. Strong storytelling instincts with a knack for emotional rhythm, tension, and retention.
3. Experience editing YouTube-style podcasts, monologues, or cinematic short-form content.
4. Openness to experimenting with AI tools and rapid production workflows.
5. An eye for pacing, emotion, and aesthetic — beyond technical execution.
6. Bonus: Experience in subtitling, sound design, and social-first content formatting.
