About the Internship
We are hiring 'Video Editing Intern' who can convert raw long-form teaching footage into premium, polished, professional educational videos. Every day, the intern will receive only around 30 mins of raw class content that needs to be edited and refined with clean cuts, subtitles, and a smooth final flow.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Raw Footage Cleaning:
1. Remove re-takes, mistakes, irrelevant explanations, and background disturbances.
2. Add intro and outro and also add subtitles as per the given style.
2. Trim unnecessary pauses, long breaks, and incorrect statements.
3. Ensure the final video is smooth, fast-paced, and professional.
B. Professional Editing:
1. Add clean cuts, transitions, zoom-ins, highlights, callouts, and engaging edits.
2. Improve pacing and clarity to make videos high-retention and premium-quality.
3. Ensure audio consistency and remove distractions.
C. Subtitles & Text:
1. Add full-length subtitles (auto or manual).
2. Ensure accurate spelling, timing, and readability.
3. Add topic titles, labels, and callouts where needed.
D. Branding & Consistency:
1. Maintain consistent font choices, color scheme, caption style, and template.
2. Follow the brand's structure for intros, outros, and chapter transitions.
E. Allowed Editing Tools (Any One or Multiple):
1. Intern may use any of the following tools: CapCut, VN Editor, DaVinci Resolve, Descript AI, Opus Clip, PowerDirector, Filmora, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
2. Any other tool is allowed as long as the final output is high quality.
F. Daily Workflow:
1. Receive only 30-40 min of raw video daily.
2. Deliver edited video same day or next day, depending on instructions.
3. Maintain strong consistency in quality and deadlines.
