About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Edit short-form videos and Instagram reels for AlignTurtle’s Instagram page.
2. Turn raw phone-shot footage into clean, engaging, on-brand reels.
3. Stay up to date with Instagram reel formats, audio trends, and hook styles.
4. Suggest reel ideas, content formats, and improvements proactively.
5. Ensure content matches a calm, premium, founder-led brand aesthetic.
6. Add captions, on-screen text, and basic animations to improve retention.
7. Iterate quickly based on feedback and improve content quality over time.
8. Maintain consistency in style, tone, and pacing across posts.
