About the Internship

We're building our digital presence from scratch and looking for a passionate content creator to join the team as an intern.
If you love cafés, love creating, and want to actually learn how digital marketing works in the real world, this is for you.


1. Shoot and edit short-form reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts — food reveals, coffee pours, café atmosphere, GRWM café visits, behind-the-scenes, and trending formats

2. Capture food and café photography for posts, stories, and the website

3. Write captions with the right tone, hashtags, and local keywords for Kozhikode audiences

4. Help plan a weekly content calendar — new menu items, special days, seasonal themes

5. Research trending audio, reel styles, and café content formats from across India

6. Track performance of posts and reels — understand what works and report findings to the team

7. Assist in creating content for Google Business Profile (photos, updates, posts)


WHAT YOU WILL LEARN (Live Mentorship)

Beyond content creation, you will get hands-on exposure to how a real café builds its entire digital presence — guided by the founding team:

• Instagram Growth Strategy — how to grow a local food business organically, what metrics actually matter, and how reels drive footfall to a physical café

• Food Videography & Editing — practical guidance on shooting with a phone inside a café: lighting, angles, transitions, and editing in CapCut or Instagram Reels

• Website & Content —Understand how page copy, blog posts, and keywords drive organic traffic

• Café Brand Building — how a small café creates a consistent identity: visual style, tone of voice, colour palette, and a feed aesthetic that makes people stop scrolling

• Campaign Planning — be part of real campaigns for new menu launches, festivals, and local events. From idea to execution to reviewing what worked

Skills we're looking for:
• Comfortable shooting and editing short videos on a smartphone
• Active on Instagram — you understand what makes a reel work
• Good written communication in English and/or Malayalam
